The Pipeline Joining & Fabrication Line adopts modular design, which is capable of completing automatic multiple pipe fitting-up, joining and welding fabrication job.
It integrates with roller-bed type conveying system to reduce the dependence of on-site crane equipment, which improves the production efficiency greatly.

CNC control medium frequency induction preheating and post-heating system can precisely control preheat and post-heat temperature (temperature accuracy of ±10°C) with high accuracy of heating and cooling temperature control, which lays the foundation of good welding quality;
Inspection area is arranged after each working step finished in the production line; next process will inspect and control the quality of upper process;
Square wave AC + square wave AC double arc double wire submerged arc welding process can eliminate workpiece magnetic influence on welding process to increase first welding qualification rate.
