For many years, we are continuiously collecting experience on providing with dozens of logistic-type fixed-plant pipe production lines (automatic pipe cutting, spooling beveling, welding and fitting up) designed for many construction companies in Petrochemical, Power(Nuclear Power), Shipbuilding and Offshore Platform Industries.

Production command can be sent directly to the production line by controlling the LAN in the main control room.

• Production data and task execution can be shared between any two production lines.
• Some feedback of production status can be entered directly to the main control system, so as to generate closed-loop control and data.
• The processing data for the production line can be extracted automatically from the task execution which the main control room sends. It not only can greatly save a lot of time and improve productivity, but also avoid many mistakes caused by manual input.
• Information processing in production line includes: Raw material data statistics, processing data reading, task execution feedback, welding specification record and finished products output data feedback, etc.
• Automatic Root, Fill and Capping can be carried out in the Multifunctional Welding Station.
• Many kinds of welding technologies are applied. For example, the application of stainless steel solid welding wire can allow the welding with advantage of low cost.
