AUTO HGK/Z series welding rotators(turning rollers/ roller beds) are widely used in the manufacturing field of pressure vessel, boiler, chemical, electric power, offshore oil and metallurgy industries, etc. By adjusting the width between centers of rollers manually or automatically, they can rotate or change the positions of all kinds horizontal barrels. In addition, there are more functions for customers to choose, such as high-precision anti-replacement, automatic fitting, moving feeding, and rolling feeding, etc.

Two types for your choices, one is conventional rotator, the other is self-aligning rotator.

For coventional rotaotr, the max load capacity is 500000Kg. Work pieces diameter ranges: Φ250mm~Φ7500mm
