AUTO PPAW-D series multifunctional pivoting pressure head pipe & flange welding positioner is designed for pipe welding positional mechanism. It is made up of base, rotating rollers, pipe hold-down mechanism, positional mechanism, etc. It can realize pipe rotating in 360°and pipe positioning in +60°. It can overcome some eccentric moment/torque and further guarantee pipe rotating constantly and steadily. Meanwhile, it is of convenience to weld corner welding seam of flange as fill welding seam. It is usually used for welding positioning when welding butt seam or corner seam of straight pipe and pipe fittings. Both hand welding and automatic welding are available. It can satisfy welding of seamless steel pipe and seamed steel pipe.
