AUTO PPAW series, Automatic Elbow Welding Machine is applicable to weld various pipes of different materials and diameters, such as pipe & elbow, pipe & flange, pipe & tee, pipe & branch pipe, flange & elbow, etc. Matched with various pipe supporter it can form a long-pipe welding station. Various welding technologies are available such as TIG, MIG, and SAW.

It is a new-type automatic welding machine for thick-wall pipe. For overcoming eccentricity of pipe fitting and to realize equality speed for work piece, it is designed and equipped with peculiar compaction device which can overcome gyration eccentricity and can guarantee work piece turn in equality speed.It is also equipped with  high-precision transmission system; center distance of driving wheel is adjustable. And additional balance weight does not need to be added during elbow welding gyration, easy to operate.

Its wide application greatly improves welding automation extent, decreases labor strength for welders, and enhances welding quality & efficiency.
