AUTO EGW series, Automatic CNC Electric-gas vertical welding machine (tank welder) is a kind of high-efficient automatic vertical equipment, which can compulsorily weld to molding one time.

Such machine is referred to several types such as positive type, reverse type, positive/reverse type, automatic gas shielded vertical welding type and automatic electro-gas vertical welding type for LNG and crude oil tank, available in shipbuilding type, available in other industries types.

New CNC technology can control liquid surface to rise up automatically. The appearance of welding seam is excellent and the inside is of high quality, with the efficiency reaching 20 to 30 times of the traditional hand welding. Wire of Φ1.2mm to Φ1.6mm especially for electro-gas vertical welding is needed.

This machine is equipped with beveling function. It can automatically weld, even if the beveling shape is not irregular. It can also adapt to high speed welding in a slope angle from 60°to 90°.It works steadily in welding process and is easy to operate. With small size and high welding quality, it enhances welding efficiency and decreases extra time for welding preparation.
