AUTO WP10-A series, Height Adjustable Welding Positioner is designed for pipe welding positional mechanism with capacity load 1 ton and diameter range from Φ50 to Φ830.
It consists of main body, positional mechanism, rotating work table, two-jaw and four-point chuck, etc.
It is able to mount flange, tee, reducer, short pipe, etc. It can realize modification from 0° to 135°, rotating in 360°. It is of convenience for pipe fitting welding. Meanwhile, as rotating power plant for pipe welding, it also suits for welding of butt seam and corner seam of flange & short pipe, and flange & elbow.
It is able to overcome some eccentric moment/torque and further guarantee constant and efficient welding.
