AUTO SADW series, Automatic butt corner seam welding machine(Tank welder) is able to realize automatic and highly-efficient welding of different welding seams such as butt seam, overlapping seam, and T shape seam.

It consists of welding carriage with four-rollers, welding controller, welding power source, wire feeder, control system, welding flux circulation device, welding seam direction leading device, adjustment device of welding torch, cables, etc.

• Weld butt seam or overlapping seam by carriage traveling on rails. Rails are not necessary when welding vertical tank or outer corer seam because of adoption of magnetic adsorption plant.
• It is equipped with advanced structure, complete function, flexible and easy to control. It is a kind of automatic high efficient welding equipments for improve welding quality.
• It is applied widely in petroleum, petrochemical, tank, pressure vessel, shipbuilding, nuclear industries, etc.
