AUTO PPAW-D series, Pivoting Pressure Head Positioner is designed for pipe welding positional mechanism.
It consists of base, rotating rollers, pipe hold-down mechanism, positional mechanism, etc.
It is able to realize pipe rotating in 360°and pipe positioning in +60°. It is able to overcome eccentric moment and maintain pipe constantly and steadily rotating. Meanwhile, it is of convenience to weld corner welding seam of flange as fill welding seam.
It is usually used for welding positioning when welding butt seam or corner seam of straight pipe and pipe fittings. It is suitable for both manual and automatic welding. It can satisfy welding of seamless steel pipe and seamed steel pipe.
