AUTO PBSC630-A, High Speed Band Saw Machine is used for sawing ferrous and non-ferrous metal pipes, with the characteristics of narrow cuts, material/energy saving, high accuracy sawing, safe operation, convenience and high productivity.
- Band saw speed: 30m/min,60 m/min & 80 m/min;
- Hydraulic system is stable and reliable, capable of realizing the functions such as high speed up/down, release and tension of the saw blade, clamping and release of workpiece, the feeding of saw bed and etc;
- Adopt imported speed control valve to stepless regulate hydraulic control band saw cutting infeed speed;
- Column horizontal structure, sawing stability and high accuracy;
- Adopt Japanese PLC system in Electric Systems, capable of achieving the chain operation for all kinds of operation.
