Detailed Product Description

AUTO PPCMV series, Five-axis CNC Flame / Plasma Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine can be used in the cutting and beveling with various pipe material of fixed angle and all kinds of pipe end shapes, grooves and holes.

It  consists of CNC rotating and lifting roller conveyor, CNC vertical cutting carriage, guide rail, electric control system, air course system, numerical control system, plasma system, input/output roller and loading/unloading mechanism. Infeed the workpiece to the CNC rotating/lifting roller conveyor, and lowering the conveyor leaving the workpiece on the rotating roller, using the numerical programmed control system to do cutting/beveling.

The combination of automatic programming and manual programming can realize the jacking cutting, with the function of cutting uprightly, cutting in any angle (manual adjustment), cutting with angle turning, multi-section elbow unfold cutting, intersection line cutting of plug-type/riding-type etc.

It is the key equipment in pipe processing industry with characteristics of reasonable organization, easy operation, and high efficiency.
