To improve the automation of welding machine, safe, steady, and reliable automatic devices are needed. The beveling shape is changing during the course of welding, if the automatic welding machine can not track beveling shape, then the welding accuracy will decline. To satisfy customer's requirements and improve welding seam quality and accuracy in a large scale, we invented AUTO WST series automatic welding seam tracking system. Any changes of beveling shape will be detected by high-accurate sensor, and then be transmitted to controller. The accurate welding torch will oscillate following the motion of up & down, left &right slides, driven by controller to realize automatic welding tracking. This system can effectively overcomes any problems caused by changes of beveling shape, decreases labor intensity and influences of human factors, and guarantees welding quality and efficiency
